Can admin access my (private) emails via Outlook?

Hello.

Is it possible for the company administrator to access my private emails if I sync a private (gmail) account to the Outlook client?
Or can he only access / forward the company emails because he doesn't get access to my Outlook but to the email address only?

This Outlook is part of Office 365 subscription from my company (and yes, for the company it is ok if I do it; I just don't want that the emails are somehow mixed up / become part of the company files).

It is NOT possible for the admin to log into the PC.
I talk only about remote access (and no, there is no Teamviewer etc installed).

Als Workaround kann via Outlook Online gearbeitet werden. dort funktioniert es.

I ran the following test:

I took a .docx file I created on my office PC which was stored on our server and saved it locally to my PC harddrive. I then save a copy as .doc as well. Then I emailed both files to my office Outlook account AND my iCloud account (with one email).

BOTH files did NOT open from my Outlook account and BOTH files just opened fine from my iCloud account.

I then forwarded the email from my Outlook account to my iCloud account and now BOTH files did NOT open anymore.

So it seems that my Outlook account (Exchange server) corrupts the files.

Can that be?

I reply in english. I think that might be better. I tried to look that up but couldnt find any other accounts. The only account is the one that I am having.

Yet it is weird that I can use my very same email and log into another account using a different pssword. Another weird thing is that for some reason my employer is mentioned as well. But my privat email is not at all tied to my employer. It worries me a
little to be honest.

There seems to be power bi as well. Power bi is actually only used from my employer. I am not admin right now.

Under subscribtions I can find that:

under personal information is nothing but my email address.

Of course,

Since I have a separate domain with e-mail, the Outlook.com account is not my main and not my only account.
So I had to perform step 2 in the tutorial.

I have the IMAP mail accounts re-set up.

So now I am back on the green field and can try to set up the Outlook.com account.

How do I add the account via "e-mail account" or via "manual configuration or additional service types"?

I have log myself correctly.

The direct way "e-mail account" does not go my e-mail address is ***** is and no @ Outlook.com address.
My account with Microsoft is my e-mail address *****

Therefore, somehow simply can not work.

Frustration....
