Cannot open OneNotes in the MAC OneNote App

Hi,

das funktioniert leider nicht.

Meine Notizbücher sind alle online erreichbar. Ich verwende einen beruflichen Windows-Rechner, mit dem ich die Notizbücher auch problemlos öffnen, bearbeiten und synchronisieren kann.

Sobald ich versuche die Notizbücher mit OneNote for Mac zu öffnen, erhalte ich diese Meldung "Sorry, we couldn’t open the notes that you were looking for. OneNote may still be syncing them, you may not have permission to open them or they may have been moved
or deleted."

In OneNote selbst kann ich auch keines meiner Notizbücher sehen und öffnen. Obwohl ich OneDrive nutze und in beiden Anwendungen angemeldet bin, erkennt OneNote meine Notizbücher in OneDrive nicht.

abzugeben. Votes sind jetzt bei 571, je nachdem, wie hoch die Nachfrage ist, könnte die Funktion für eine zukünftige Implementierung ausgewählt werden.

das habe ich im Forum dazu gefunden und hat bei mir das gleiche Problem gelöst:

1. Uninstall OneNote (Delete from Application folder).

2. Delete the ~/Library/Containers/com.microsoft.onenote.mac folder.

3. Delete the ~/Library/Group\ Containers/UBF8T346G9.Office folder.

[Note: This may store data for other Office programs. If you use other Office applications, I'd suggest making a backup of this and replacing it later if it does not cause any problems.]

4. Run the 'Keychain Access' program (found in Applications/Utilities) and search for 'Microsoftoffice'. Delete the entries associated.

[Steps 1 - 4 are the general responses provided by Microsoft to solve the issue. If this does not solve your issue, proceed to Step 5.]

5a. From Finder (on the menu bar at the top of the screen), click Go > Go to Folder. Type in /var.

5b. Search within /var for 'onenote'.

5c. Select all of the files (there should be around 6 to 8 of them)

5d. Delete them all. (BE CAREFUL TO ONLY DELETE ONENOTE-RELATED FILES!)

6. Empty the trash of everything that we've deleted. It may say some files are in use and cannot be deleted. Restart your computer and delete them.

7. Reinstall OneNote from the Mac App Store.

8. Enjoy OneNote!

1) Close OneNote and then open Finder.

2) Press Command + Shift + G, input “~/Library/Containers”, remove cache folder Microsoft OneNote to desktop.

3) Press Command + Shift + G, input “~/Library/Preferences”, remove com.microsoft.office.plist to desktop.

4) Open OneNote for Mac app and check if it works correctly.
