How can I make my document changes invisible to others?

Ich habe ein Word 2010-Dokument mit sehr vielen Korrekturen geschrieben. Nach der Fertigstellung sehe ich alle meine Änderungen in roter Schrift, sobald ich das Dokument öffne. Zwar kann ich unter "Überprüfen" - "Abgeschlossen" alles Rote zum Verschwinden bringen. Aber ich will nicht, dass andere meine Änderungen nachverfolgen können, an die ich das Dokument verschicke. Was muss ich tun?

I have written a Word document and changed a lot in the course of writing. Every time I open it now I can see my changes in red. I can make them invisible by selecting "finalized" in the "Corrections" menu. But how can I prevent others from seeing all my changes?

Hallo,

das Protokoll der Änderungen ist und bleibt im Dokument. Entsprechend würde ich es so nicht versenden.

Beende die Änderungsverfolgung, speichere das Dokument als Kopie und entferne darin über "Datei | Informationen | Auf Probleme überprüfen | Dokument prüfen" alle Informationen, die nicht mit verschickt werden sollen - z. B. "Kommentare, Überarbeitungen,
Versionen".

Oder akzeptiere einfach alle Überarbeitungen in der Kopie und versende sie.

I repeat again, my point is that I want to make a screencast video using PowerPoint. In this video you can see the interface of PowerPoint. I want to re-license this video with an open license. So I want to allow others to copy, modify, distribute, display, license or sell the video.

Thanks a lot for the reply! If you dont mind, I would like to elobarate my question in english. First problem is that I would like to add a word document (coverpage) to my word document. This coverpage is already prepared. But I have to merge this two word documents. How is it possible? The second problem is when I add a header in the coverpage, it appears in the other pages also. How can I fix the header just in the first page? Third problem is that I have deleted some references in the bibliography, when I update the bibliography, the deleted references don't disappear. How can I fix it?
