How to disable Microsoft Cloud anything when using MS Office 365?

Hi,

I am currently evaluating MS Office 365 for deployment of Office 2016 Mac for our small company (1-25 employees). I had a nice chat with Microsoft Support telling me that Office365 would be the best option for organized deployment with central management on my O365 admin account.

I also asked specifically if I could remotely disable any use of cloud service (SharePoint or OneDrive) for people using their company installation of Office and it was confirmed. I disabled anything online/shrepoint/onedrive I could find on the admin portal.

However, the test installation resulted in "SharePoint" storage always as default option when saving documents and it was completely usable.

How can I disable anything cloud for Office Installation?

 Man hat 3 Optionen, ein SMTP Relay mit Office 365 für Business einzurichten. Hast du dabei diese Anleitung gefolgt? Wurde der betroffene Nutzer eine benutzerdefinierte Authentifizierungsrichtlinie zuweisen?

Hallo Thomas,

Danke für deine Rückmeldung. Wenn Outlook von andere Netzwerke mit eingeschalteter IPv6 problemlos startet und nur bei dir zu Hause es nicht richtig funktioniert ist ja klar wo der Fehler ist.

Es liegt es an der Konnektivität der IPv6 in deinem Netzwerk zu Hause.

Was du machen kannst, ist die Richtlinie "Bevorzugen IPv4-über-IPv6-Präfix" anzuwenden. Dann kannst du IPv6 aktiviert lassen.

Outlook zeigt den Status "Getrennt", wenn IPv6 aktiviert ist.

folge einfach
die Anleitung und verwende die empfohlene Option 1. Die andere zwei Methoden werden keine Kopie in dem gesendete Elemente Ordner hinterlassen, wie im Artikel

beschrieben. Für die SMTP-Authentifizierungs Client Übermittlung brauchst du schon der Benutzername und das Passwort zu verwenden.
