Incorrect parameter after installing any programm

hello, this is a Problem that occured everytime I try to install something. Whenever I try to install a Programm it gives me the error message

"WindowsApps/Programmname/Programm.exe"

Incorrect Parameter.

I already tried repairing the Windows Store, the apps, restored Windows completly and even send it back for repair but the error message is still there. I don't know what causes it because it`s always a different Programm. It also takes away every admin privileges meaning I can`t open any Programm and it even slows my Computer down. Strangely enough WindowApps that you install AFTER the error are working perfectly fine. There was a case where it corrupted my Image-backup meaning I couldn`t restore my data. This has gone for one year already and I`m fed up with this.
