Log-In with MS365 Account forces users to change PIN on their personal system

dies ist ein deutsches Forum von Anwender für Anwender.
Die meisten hier werden nicht mal wissen, was das ADD ist.
(es heißt auch AAD) ... da du wahrscheinlich auch das Azure AD meinst
Dein Fall ist da etwas spezieller, hier wäre deine Anfrage besser aufgehoben.

New computers often come with a trial version of Office 365. Users who attempt to install their own personal copy of Office 365 or Office 2016/2019 over the trial will often encounter a conflict that prevents them from using their copy.

Use the fix it tool to completely uninstall Office:

Install your copy of Office 2019:

Step 1 - Sign in to download Office

Go to http://www.office.com and if you're not already signed in, select Sign in.

Sign in with the account you associated with this version of Office. This account can be a Microsoft account, or work or school account.

On the Office home page, do the following depending on your version of Office.

If you signed in with a Microsoft account, from the Office home page select Install Office > Install. (Office 365 subscribers should select Install again).

This begins the download of Office. Follow the prompts on your screen to complete the install.

Q7Y-00003Office 365 ProPlus Open Shared Single Subscriptions-Volume License OPEN 1 License ist pro Benutzer, deshalb braucht er Benutzerkonten erstellen. Sonst kann er die Lizenzen nicht zuweisen.

"If you have an Office 365 plan that includes Office 365 ProPlus, you can use shared computer activation. Make sure you assign each user a license for Office 365 ProPlus and that users log on to the shared computer with their own user account."



Office 2016 Volume Licensing.



Aber Benutzer braucht man überall erstellen.

Tatsächlich hat bei mir geholfen: Outlook schließen. Word öffnen. Dort abmelden. Word schließen. Outlook öffnen.

multiple related and trusted Enterprise log-in accounts across Microsoft 365 and Windows. If you have users experiencing issues connecting to the service or impact outside of what is described, please submit a ticket with support. Users experiencing this problem
will see the Outlook desktop client showing as disconnected and may receive the following error when attempting to send mail: "Sending and receiving reported error (0x80040115). The connection to the Microsoft Exchange Server is unavailable. Outlook must be
online or connected to complete this action." Users may be able to leverage one of the following options to circumvent impact for this event: - Affected users may be able to use Outlook on the web or mobile clients to access their mailboxes. - Additionally,
users may be able to restore access by forcing new authentication to all office apps as noted below: 1) Close Outlook and other Office applications. 2) Open an Office desktop application, such as Word, PowerPoint or Excel. 3) Navigate to File > Account > Switch
accounts, and then click the ellipsis next to the account that's not having the problem. 4) Click Sign out and then OK. *Note: Users that have multiple accounts may find it difficult to determine which account to sign out of; though, they should be able to
sign back in later if there is an issue with this process. 5) Close the Office application used for this process and re-start the Outlook desktop client. 6) When prompted for a password, click "sign in to a different account" and enter the correct information.

Ich weiss nicht, ob Du weisst, ob für dieses grundlegende Problem eine Einstellung bei Word gibt.

es handelt sich definitiv um einen Bug in Word für Mac. Es gibt weder eine Einstellung noch einen Workaround zur Problemlösung :-(.





Nachtrag - Lösungsvorschläge meines MVP-Kollegen John McGhie:



a) Software "PaperCut". It runs on the printer. When a user prints, it queues in a common print queue. The user then goes to the nearest suitable printer and logs on with their door access pass. The printer then retrieves and
prints their job, and automatically accounts for the cost.



b) Install this: http://winebottler.kronenberg.org/ That will run most flavours of PC Word directly on Mac OS X well enough
to print something (the more recent the version of Word, the more "unexpected features" you will get, so I would not attempt a version of Word above Word 2010).
