Lost my hotmail Account

Heyho,

years ago, I lost access to my hotmail account (probably got a keylogger or some other spyware).

Sadly, I also lost access to my contact e-mail account which now appearantly does not exist anymore.

I tried recovering the account, but the automatic response system tells me I did not enter enough information.

However, I still know

-the e-mail address

-the first password used

-the name

-the date of birth

-some of the e-mails I received

-(possible security questions? not sure if I had to enter)

-could send a copy of my ID

There's no way that's not enough information to recover my e-mail, especially since my contact e-mail address contains my full name.

Is there any way to talk to an actual human about my situation? I could not find an e-mail address since the link shown on the support page is not valid anymore (http://support.live.com/default.aspx?productkey=wlmail&locale=en-us).

Du schreibst das es Jahre her ist. Dann wird es wohl so sein das dein Account wegen Inaktivität gelöscht wurde.

können.

There appears no other account then my hotmail-account. There is nothing else.
 The App section just leads to the settings of my microsoft account in my browser. There I already searched unsuccesfull.

Hi Neil,
 it looks like your suggestion has worked. It did however not solve the3 problem of my lost Outlook 2016 account, but via Outlook.com by Browser, I can get my mails from my yahoo mail, with all my existing folders and rules.

Hallo,

wenn dir die Daten so wichtig sind warum hast du dein Konto nicht aktuell gehalten? Es sind zwingend mindestens zwei Sicherheitsinfos erforderlich Rufnummer und alternative Mailadresse.

Leider können wir dir hier im Forum nicht helfen da dazu persönliche Informationen notwendig sind. Wende dich daher an den Kontensupport

hier und verwende den letzten Punkt: Mein Problem .....
