Hallo,

ich habe Windows 7 und das Officepaket 2013 Professional Plus.

Habe mir eine IMG-Datei auf einer DVD erzeugt, da online nichts ging. Aber mit der DVD das selbe Verhalten: starte ich die Setup kommt die Grafik von Office "wir sind gleich fertig", jedoch kommt nach einer halben Sekunde dieses akustische Fehlersignal (kurzes dedimm, was man kennt), was auf einen Fehler hindeutet. Die Grafik "gleich fertig" bleibt aber, sodass man Hoffnung schöpft. Nach 5 Stunden Wartezeit passiert aber immer noch nichts... ich habe das Gefühl, dass irgendwas die Installation blockiert... keine Ahnung was...

Microsoft Office 2013 Professional Plus wird keinem Microsoft Konto zugeordnet.

Nach Installation von Microsoft Office 2013 Professional Plus ist beim ersten Start eines Office-Programms der Produkt-Key einzugeben, welcher während des Bezuges der Testversion angezeigt worden ist.

Konnte Microsoft Office 2013 Professional Plus Testversion erfolgreich installiert und aktiviert werden?

Microsoft Office 2013 Professional Plus wird keinem Microsoft Konto zugeordnet.

Bei Microsoft Office 2013 Professional Plus muss immer ein Produkt-Key eingegeben werden. Dieses ist der Regelfall. Beim Start einer Office-Anwendung nach Installation erscheint der Aktivierungs-Assistent und dort kann der Produkt-Key über den Link "Stattdessen
einen Produkt-Key eingeben". Das Verfahren ist selbsterklärend.

Bei allen anderen Versionen von Microsoft Office 2013 außer Microsoft Office 2013 Professional Plus und Microsoft Office 2013 Standard erfolgt die Installation aus dem Microsoft Konto.

Ich freue mich auf eine Rückmeldung.
