Not able to install One Note 2016 Desktop on Surface Book

Hello community,

when I install the Office 2016 Professional Plus package from my Office 365 Home subscription, it doesn't install the OneNote 2016 desktop app. I only got the free OneNote app from the Microsoft Store. I already know that OneNote will kicked out of the Office 2019 package, but it should be still possible to install the the OneNote desktop app like on my Desktp-PC.

Where can I get the OneNote 2016 desktop app for my Surface Book?

I'm Diane, an Office Apps & Services MVP specializing in Outlook, and I’m happy to help you today.

For the mac, the only OneNote version is through the store - it's not in the office installs currently.

You will be able to use OneNote.com - but I'm not aware of a way to download an older version of the software from the store if you didn't previously install it.

This trick often works for iOS, not sure if it works for mac, or if the older build of OneNote is still in the mac store, but it would require you to have another mac you can connect to your account: Install OneNote on a newer version then you might be able to install an older version on this computer.

Ich habe weitere Fragen:

1) Kann ich gleichzeitig in einem Laptop One Note 2016 und One Note für Windows 10 installieren & nutzen (zumindest, bis ich alle meine Notizbücher von ON für Windows zu ON 2016 kopiert bzw. übertragen habe)?

Weil, wie ich gemerkt habe, One Note 2016 ist mit im Paket von Office Setup drinnen ist. Ich habe keine separate Setup für One Note 2016 gefunden.

2) Habe ich eine bestimmte Zeit, bis One Note für Windows 10 in meinem Laptop komplett nicht mehr funktioniert oder komplett abstürzt, sodass meine Notizbücher weggelöscht werden?

3) ich kriege ständig Meldung/Benachrichtigung, dass es ein Problem bei meinem Microsoft Konto sei. Kann das mit One Note zusammen hängen? Ich kann nämlich dies auch nicht reparieren.

Es tut mir Leid für so viele Frage, aber es ist sehr nervig, wenn jeden Tag irgendwelche Meldungen kommen(
