Office for Mac Update 16.13_ Word doesn't work properly !!!

After having update office to version 16.13, on MacOsx highSierra 10.13.4, word takes ages to start, then doesn't react at the command"print", so NO WAY to print a single document!

Moreover I cannot save a word document as pdf!

Could you help me to fix this???
I have already check for new update but I couldn't get any, it said that my system is already up to date...

Thanks for your answer. Unfortunately this arrow never appears and I can't drag the grey area. I know that this works in word, but in this e-mail it doesn't seem to work that way.

Hi John

After I've applied all of the updates for Office 2016 for Mac, this error no longer occurs.
It was a bit complicated to find the update in the app (Reg Help, check for updates)

But now everything works fine. Thanks for the support.

danke für die schnelle Antwort.

Folgendes Problem:

Dienste & Abonnements > Product Key eingeben (steht bei Office 365)

Den Key eingegeben, folgt die Meldung

1. "Office 365 for Business oder andere Unternehmensprodukte" -> betrifft mich nicht, da Office 2016 für den Heimgebrauch

2. "Office 2010, Office 2007 oder Office für Mac" -> betrifft mich auch nicht

3. microsoft.com/redeem -> Key eingegeben -> Code not found. Try re-entering it. If that doesn't work, contact the merchant.

Ich benötige bitte weitere Hilfe, evtl. eine Klickanleitung.
