outlook.com - no E-Mails out but in!

Dear all.

Since today Feb 2nd, 2020 per outlook.com any e-mails cannot be sent to:
swisscom,
t-online or
web.de;
others I did not try - solution will be what /how /'till when?

Any hints available up to now?

There are currently issues with the Outlook.com service. Users may be unable to log in, or send and receive emails through Outlook.com. The issue is being actively worked on by Microsoft Engineers.

Hi everyone,

I figured it out.

The problem was not related to outlook, but to googlemail. Got to:

Settings -> Accounts -> "Send as" (section)

There you can set e-mail addresses other than the account e-mail address as default e-mail address. This was the case for me, which resulted in the described "on behalf of" instead of "as" problems.

Yes I have tried to "Ordner aufräumen", but no dublicates were recognised/removed.
Regarding folder "2020". This is not the folder which has the problem of multiple duplicates of e-mails. Folder "2020" is fine in this regard.

Thanks for your answer but I am not sure to sign out at my mobile device because there it comes the message that the not synchronized data will get lost in case I sign out.
