sorting by 3 columns not working. Video inside

i have a weird problem sorting by 3 columns in excel 2016. this example is pure values, no formulas or anything.

a client asked me about this, i couldn't believe it so, it's not working on at least 2 PCs. what are we doing wrong?

I created a short video (5 seconds) with 295 KB - still not working...

It even works for several paragraphs within one textbox if I use a different slide master.

Make sure you have selected and add the animation in the paragraph one at a time.

Select the text of the 1st paragraph, NOT the box/placeholder. Go to Animation > Add Animation > Select the Entrance effect you like. Click Start: On Click.

Do the same to the 2nd, 3rd paragraph.
