Hallo,

über eine Microsoft-Fehlermeldung auf meinem PC gelangte ich auf eine Internetseite, die meine Kontaktdaten wollte, um meinen PC vom Virus "Reimage" zu befreien. Nun rief mich ein Mann an, der gebrochenes deutsch sprach. Viele Hintergrundgeräusche störten das Gespräch. Er empfahl mir eine Fernwartung. Danach sollte ich den Computer neustarten. Nach dem Telefonat rief er nochmals an um mir eine regelmäßige Fernwartung für ca 300€ im Jahr zu verkaufen. Aus Angst von Viren stimmte ich zu und überweis ihm über "Sofortüberweisung" die 300€. In den darauf folgenden Stunden kam sowohl eine Bestellbestätigung als auch eine Bezahlbestätigung per E-Mail. Das Geld wurde sehr schnell von meinem Konto abgebucht.
