Hi everybody,

I have a new Surface 3 Laptop for 1 month now. In the beginning it was no Problem when I was Holding a webex Meeting. The microphone was amazing and nobody has heard me typing on the Keyboard. Since last Friday everytime i am in a webex Meeting you can hear me typing on the Keyboard unless I switch to mute. This is even the second Problem I have with this laptop and I am thinking About returning it :

Can anybody help me please?

ich habe einen neues Surface 3 Laptop seit einem Monat. Am Anfang war die Tonqualität hervorragend wenn ich Webex Meetings gehalten habe. Seit Freitag hört man nun jedes Mal wenn ich auf der Tastatur tippe während eines Meetings. Die einzige Lösung ist wenn ich mich auf mute schalte. Das ist nun schon das zweite Problem mit dem Laptop und ich überlege schon ihn zurückzusenden :
