Windows 7 Inplace Upgrade schlägt fehl

Hallo,

Ich hoffe mir kann jemand helfen. Da meine Firewall nicht mehr aktiviert werden kann und meine lan verbindung zwar erkannt aber keine verbindung herstellen kann, wollte ich ein inplace upgrade durchführen.

Problem: Nach dem die Dateien kopiert wurden und die Programme und Einstellungen dran wären, kommt folgende Fehlermeldung:

"Das Setup kann nicht fortgesetzt werden. Starten Sie den Computer und anschließend das Setupprogramm neu. Laden Sie bei entsprechender Aufforderung die aktuellen Updates herunter."

Neustart hab ich natürlich schon öfter versucht.

"Sfc/scannow" habe ich schon ausgeführt und auch die option "mit Updates installieren " versucht.

Bei beidem die gleiche Fehlermeldung

Ich bitte um Hilfe. Eine Neuinstallation ist das, was ich unbedingt vermeiden möchte.
