365 Login to IOS Apps Not Working

PS: I cannot see any login attempts in the Azure AD console while surfing to the SharePoint URL. So it seems, that the clients are really not trying to login automatically at all. (But why?)

Starte das Gerät neu.

Installiere Office 365 für iOS (Office Mobile Apps) neu.

Wie stellt sich das Verhalten jetzt dar?

danke für die Rückmeldung, aber wie Du am angefügten Screenshot erkennen kannst, besteht mein Problem noch immer. Die besagten Apps sind ausgegraut und seit geraumer Zeit nicht mehr verfügbar.

Im Admin-Center habe ich zum Dienststatus des 365 Portals jetzt folgendes gefunden:

Current Status: We've released updates for the following iOS apps, which should no longer be impacted: Outlook, OneDrive for Business, Intune Company Portal, Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint). We expect updated versions of the Office
365 Admin and Microsoft Authenticator apps to be released next week.
User Impact: Initially, users may have been unable to sign in to Office 365 applications (Outlook, OneDrive for Business, Office 365 Admin, Intune Company Portal, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) from their iOS devices. Some scenarios
involving 3rd party federation services may still be impacted. While we work to deploy new versions of the impacted apps, most issues on iOS versions other than iOS 10 are resolved by installing and using the latest version of the Microsoft Authenticator app.

Scope of Impact: A few customers have reported this issue. During earlier stages of the incident, any iOS user without multi-factor authentication may have experienced authentication issues with Office 365 iOS applications. Currently,
impact appears to be limited to users running iOS version 10.0 (developer beta).

Ist das wohl die Ursache für das Problem? Und wenn ja, wie lange mag das wohl noch dauern? Nach einer Woche werde ich dann doch langsam ein bisschen ungeduldig.

Nach erfolgreicher Installation von Office 365 Mobile-Apps für iOS melde dich dort mit dem Microsoft Konto an, dem die Lizenz von Office 365 Personal zugeordnet worden ist.

<br />es handelt sich um ein Privates Microsoft 365 Abo.
<br />Zum Login wird eine Web.de E-Mail benutzt, was auf den Webseiten von Microsoft auch alles schön funktioniert.
<br />Die Seite zum Einrichten von Outlook für Android hilft nicht weiter. Behandelt das Thema Login mit Microsoft-365 Konto mit nicht Office.de oder Unternehmensemail nicht mal.
<br />Outlook wird nicht auf dem PC benutzt sondern auf einem Android Gerät und ist Up-To-Date (hatte es an dem Tag frisch installiert): https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.microsoft.office.outlook
