Below in EngishMein Microsoft-Konto, auf dem das Abonnement "Microsoft 365 Single" läuft, sowie mein Freemail-Account *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** wurden gehackt. DiePasswörter wurden geändert und ich habe keinen Zugriff mehr auf die beiden Konten, und damit auch nicht auf die Microsoft-Cloud, die im Abonnement enthalten ist. Zum einen kann ich nun das bezahlte Abo MS-Office und 1 TB Cloudspeicher nicht mehr nutzen, so dass ich nun zwangsweise auf Open Office umgestiegen bin, obwohl ich die Jahresgebühr von 69 Euro vor kurzem bezahlt habe.
