After updating Windows 11, there were problems in the laptop

Hello, I recently updated my Windows 11 and after the update, a series of problems appeared, like I can't adjust the screen brightness, or my layout was changed from 150% to 200%, and after the update, I have a lot of lag in games, for example in I used to get 60 fps in the game, now I get 10 fps and I tried many methods and I was able to fix the screen brightness problem, but there is still lag in the games and sometimes in the system. Can anyone help? My laptop is new, and the updated version is KB5039212
