Aktivierung Office Home and Business 2010

Hallo

Bei der Aktivierung von Office 2010 (Einzelhandelsversion) kommt die Meldung "...kann nicht aktiviert werden. Die max. zulässige Anzahl von Aktivierungen ist erreicht." Was kann ich jetzt tun? Ich musste meinen Rechnen zwei- bis dreimal auf den Urzustand setzen, daher mehrere Aktivierungen.

Die telefonische Aktivierung wird für dieses Produkt auch nicht mehr unterstützt.

Gibt es eine andere Möglichkeit mein Office 2010 wieder zu aktivieren.

Vor Aktivierung von Microsoft Office 2010 Home and Business muss der Produkt-Key selbstverständlich geändert werden. Dieses erfolgt unter "Systemsteuerung, Programme und Funktionen, Microsoft Office 2010 Home and Business, Ändern, Produkt-Key ändern...".

Konnte Microsoft Office 2010 Home and Business anschließend vom Image aktiviert werden?

Die Aktivierung muss telefonisch erfolgen, wenn diese über Internet nicht erfolgreich abgeschlossen werden kann.

soweit es sich in beiden Fällen um Microsoft Office 2010 Home and Business handelt, ist eine Neuinstallation nicht erforderlich. In diesem Fall kann der neue Produkt-Key eingegeben werden unter "Systemsteueung, Programme und Funktionen, Microsoft Office 2010
Home and Business, Ändern, Produkt-Key eingeben".

Die eine (nicht mehr verwendete) Lizenz von Microsoft Office 2010 Home and Business kann auf einem anderen Rechner installiert werden. Ggfs. ist in diesem Fall eine telefonische Aktivierung erforderlich, soweit die Aktivierung nicht erfolgreich durchgeführt
werden kann. Wähle in diesem Falle die telefonische Aktivierung und deinen Standort aus. Anschließend wird dir eine Telefonnummer angezeigt.

sorry, aber das ist doch gerade das Problem (siehe Post 1) über das wir die ganze Zeit reden?

Der key wurde in "Systemsteuerung, Programme und Funktionen, Microsoft Office 2010 Home and Business, Ändern, Produkt-Key ändern...". geändert, dann kommt beim starten die o.g. Fehlermeldung sobald man ein Office-Produkt startet. Das Programm wird dann beendet.
