Liebes Microsoft Team,ich kann keine Mails versenden. Weder von meinem Client Apple Mail noch direkt von Outlook Live aus.Folgende Fehlermeldung wird bei AppleMail angezeigt: An internal server error occurred. The operation failed., WASCL UserAction verdict is not None. Actual verdict is Suspend.Ich finde dazu leider keine passende Hilfe im Netz.Deswegen bitte ich um eure Unterstützung.Vielen Dank!

wenn ich versuche, die URL aufzurufen die du gepostet hast, komme ich zur Code Eingabe (per SMS) und wenn dieser eingegeben wurde bekomme ich wieder einen Fehler:

"The page cannot be displayed because an internal server error has occurred."

Ich habe nun die Anweisungen befolgt, die bei Ihrem Link auszuführen waren. Leider wurde mir folgende Fehlermeldung angezeigt:

Sollte ich den Vorang zu einem anderen Zeitpunkt wiederholen oder liegt das Problem an einer anderen Stelle?

wie gesagt, das Aktualisieren ("F5 drücken") der Seite funktioniert NICHT.

Daraufhin wird nach einer erneuten Registrierung gefragt. Leider kommt auch dann am Ende kein ProduktKey.

Installiert wurde das Paket schon Ende letzter Woche.

Nachdem ich jetzt noch etwas genauer nach dem Fehler gesucht habe, habe ich im Statusfenster der Syncs folgenden Fehler gefunden.

We need the password to sync this notebook. (Error code: 0x803D0005) There was an error communicating with the endpoint at 'https://docs.live.net/skydocsservice.svc'.; The server returned HTTP status code '401 (0x191)' with text 'Unauthorized'.; The requested
resource requires user authentication.; The operation identifier is not valid.

Aber welches Passwort fehlt denn da? Schließlich funktioniert der Sync außerhalb der Proxyumgebung und das normale Browsen funktioniert auch innerhalb des Proxys.

Wenn ich den Link manuell aufrufe erhalte ich Error 403 Forbidden. Das ist aber keine Meldung vom Proxy.
