    Hi There After many years without problems we have now a significant problem to delivery to mail.protection.outlook.com servers from different domains our customers are using.the ipranges our mailcluster is using are theseip4:212.77.224.160/29 ip4:212.77.225.60/30 ip4:212.77.228.144/28 ip6:2a02:2800::224:160/125 ip6:2a02:2800::225:60/126 ip6:2a02:2800::228:140/123only one server is mainly affected, he send mails with the ips 212.77.225.60 2a02:2800::228:148 and has actual 2795 mails to outlook in his queue, most all are deffered with***********.mail.protection.outlook.com[104.47.51.202] said:

    Outlook. But before go for any suggestions, we request you to kindly provide us entire screenshot for your error message, so we can help to assist you further.



    Meanwhile for Office 365 Business account, we suggest you to login to
    Outlook Web App
    and check if any error occurred at the time of sending email. If error occurred, kindly share screenshot for the error message.

    For Outlook client issue, we would like to suggest you to try to start Outlook in safe mode (outlook /safe) and check the result. If it works in safe mode, issue is with extra Add-ins. Remove/disable all extra
    Add-ins one by one to check the issue.

    Leider scheint zurzeit ein Problem bei Outlook zu bestehen.

    Is it possible that the technical support staff for Outlook.com is just speaking English? And all our statements need to be translated? So if this is the case it would have just cost you a second to ask us to write our postings in English.

    Here is the English translation:

    Short summary:

    We cannot access our emails and contacts for more than one week now!!!

    Long Story:

    Since Oct 15th, 2013 7:15 UTC+1 I (and probably also the others in this thread) cannot access my Emails and Contacts at Outlook.com anymore. Although I can still access my Calendar and SkyDrive. Additionally since then it is not possible anymore to connect
    my mobile device or the Outlook 2013 client via ActiveSync with Outlook.com.

    Edit:

    This is probably the error message English users get to see (ours is obviously in German):

    "Sorry, there seems to be a problem with Outlook right now.
    If you continue to have this problem, please
    report it to Microsoft
    ."

    As an effect of this outage it is also not possible to send emails to me. The response is (where * is my primary alias):

    In the following posts we specualted a little bit what could be the reason. Here is one detail we all have in common:

    All of us seemed to have changed their primary alias shortly before or after the officially reported problems with the login on Oct 15th from 06:48 - 14:00 UTC+1.

    Before you ask: It's not the browser, it's not the login as such, we all know our passwords and can access all other Microsoft services except of the essential ones Email and Contacts. We have reported the problem via https://status.live.com and since Oct 15th
    14:00 UTC+1 there are no officially reported errors for Email and Contacts anymore.

    So, that's all we can do. Now it's your turn microsoft: We need our Emails and Contacts back!

    Schade, hätte gerne das Produkt bei Gefallen gelauft. Aber wenn man es vorher nicht mal antesten kann ....

    Our Mailserver was blocked by Microsoft [on our block list (S3150)]

    This answer is so ridiculosly stupid, it seems like you don't understand the problem at all.
    It is Microsoft that is blocking OP's IP address not his ISP.
    Best way to mitigate this problem is to advise customers not to use live.com, hotmail.com and outlook.com mail adresses.
    I have the same problem for years and can not solve is since the outlook-delivery-team is very useless.
