You could try this, if you have all your notebooks synced and updated in the cloud, go to search box in Windows toolbar and type: Apps & Features, then find OneNote, click over it, then click on Advanced Options, next, you can try with Repair option, if doesn't
solve the issue, so, click on Reset, but remember, that process will remove all your notebooks and credentials from the app. Then sign in with your personal account and sync again.

first the video failed when I tried to play it, although it had been working before. Then I tried to upload it again in different formats. That also failed. Don't know what to do...

habe das gleiche Problem. ich habe meine Mail-Adresse im Live-Konto geändert und kann mich jetzt nicht mehr bei outlook.com anmelden. Kontakte und Kalenderinfos wurden alle übernommen, darauf kann ich zugreifen.

Melde ich mich mit den neuen Kontoinformationen bei outlook.com an so erscheint permanent:

"Sorry, something went wrong

Please try again. If you keep seeing this message, go to Service status to check whether there's a problem with Hotmail or to report the issue."

Thank you! I tried to install it, but it was not possible. Frustrated right now. I will try it again and hope the bug will be fixed maybe with the next update.
