Autosave does not work with new MacBook Pro

Good morning!We are currently experiencing that since the newest OneDrive update autosave does not work on the newest generation MacBook Pro devices anymore. The changes that are made in the documents do no sync with the cloud anymore. Is this a microsoft problem or how can i fix this?Thanks very much in advance!

I not agree with your answer.

I work many years with Microsoft Office. In the last years with "Office 365".

This is for me new.

This not simple a bug. This is wrong by design. I not lose time with this problem.

We buy "Microsoft Office 2019 Home and Business" (Single Licence) and in 6 Years the new Version 20xx.

Hallo Lisa,

ich habe mir die Links mal durchgelesen und ein Mitarbeiter von Refworks hat mir versichtert, dass das Programm nun auch mit Word 2010 kompatibel ist. Ich vermute es liegt an der Installationsart von Word.

"Please note that Write-N-Cite may not work with Word 2010. It does not work if the "Click to run" version of Office is installed on your computer. This "Virtual" version of Word is not compatible with many Add-ins"

Da der Laufzeitfehler sich mit "Microsoft Visual Basic" ankündigt, nehme ich an, das hier das Problem liegt. Wie kann ich Word denn "anders" installieren?

Auf meinem MacBook Pro (OS 10.13.5) habe ich Office 365 installiert. Nun möchte ich aus der PowerPoint mit vielen Bildern ein kleines PDF erzeugen. Bisher konnte ich "Drucken", "PDF" und "als PostScript sichern". In Adobe Distiller konnte ich aus der .ps-Datei
ein PDF erzeugen. Leider funktioniert das nicht mehr gut. Die Schriften und Linien werden völlig anders angezeigt. Wie muss ich vorgehen?

I have Office 365 installed on my MacBook Pro (OS 10.13.5). Now I want to create a small PDF from the PowerPoint with many pictures. So far I could "print", "PDF" and "as PostScript secure". In Adobe Distiller, I was able to create a PDF from the .ps file.
Unfortunately that does not work well anymore. The fonts and lines are displayed completely differently. How should I proceed?
