Azure registration wrong phone number format

I want to register on Azure in Germany and can't enter my phone number, every attempt is invalid as the required format is weird i think its for US numbers: example: 170 1234567 as in the screenshotThe Region is set to GermanyI tried all different ways with +49 and without and so on but nothing worked. I have seen open questions with the same issue, but they didn't work or are outdated.

Dazu habe ich

- Product ID

- Product Type und

- Serial Number

Was kann ich noch machen! Ich habe glaube ich in meinem Account keine Telefonnummer hinterlegt gehabt wenn ja ist es evtl. noch meine Alte Rufnummer
 die ich nicht mehr habe! Wie komme ich an mein Account?
