Blocking users from downloading files on mobile devices

I'm currently researching ways to restrict users from being able to download files on mobile devices, that are not managed by my company. I'm aware that Microsoft offers an easy solution for this, but unfortunately this requires an upgrade of our license to Enterprise Mobility + Security.Is there another way to achieve restricting downloads to mobile devices? I've looked into working with the Sharepoint online managment shell but without any success.Any help is greatly appreciated.

Preview und es kann sein und es wird weiter entwickelt. Du kannst auch dein Feedback mitteilen.

Du kannst folgende Schritte ausprobieren. Öffne Safari / Safari Menu / Preferences / General Tab / demarkiere safe files after downloading.

Well this is more device-related and Excel for Android is supposed to be used on Android devices including tablets and phones as well.

I know this sometimes causes inconvenience for some users.

Editing a Sway using the website is not supported on mobile phones. If you want to edit on the phone, you need to download the Sway mobile app (of which there is currently only an iOS version). Otherwise, you'll need to continue editing on a tablet or
desktop.

Editing of Sways on the web app is not supported on small, mobile device screens so there will not be an edit button to find. We do currently have an iOS app that will allow you to edit on that platform.
