BPMN-Shapes n Visio Web App does not load

In new Visio chart edited in the Web App I've a added successfully the BPMN Shapes. But these shapes could not be loaded siehe attached screen capture. Other shapes can be loaded e.g. Venn so it seems to be an issue only with the BPMN shapes. The license is Visio Plan 2.

als Tip kann ich Dir diesen Link empfehlen, wo beschrieben wird, wie man im Microsoft Visio 2010 Shapes bearbeitet.
