Dear Community,I'm hoping for your help after I got stuck with a problem and even a Microsoft support ticket couldn't solve the problem.I have a customer who owns a sister company, both companies have their own M365 tenant.Both companies want to share their calendars with each other and we strictly followed Microsoft's instructions to set this up tenant connection, sharing policy, etc. in both tenants.We checked the following KB articles among others:https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/admin/manage/share-calendars-with-external-users?view=o365-worldwidehttps://learn.microsoft.com

hello + many thanks for your prompt + informative reply -- i presume the setting has to be 'Ursprüngliche Formatierung beibehalten (Standard)' in all categories, still it does not seem to work in my docus ...

 I think, if all does not work, I try the repair. It's a good advice.
 The first link is not what I meant and two other links do not work.

first the video failed when I tried to play it, although it had been working before. Then I tried to upload it again in different formats. That also failed. Don't know what to do...
