Can I still use Outlook Web Access in a browser with Office 365 Personal? My account...

And then everybody can add his file with a link and can edit it from the browser? Or can just I use my own files?

<br />I have added my main mail account (IMAP) to the web app, and I can see those emails.
<br />I have added an outlook.com account to Outlook desktop, and moved calendar and contacts to that account.
<br />This works as well. Appointments and contacts are visible in the web app, and Android sync still seems to work.
<br />I might try to add outlook.com to Outlook on Android as well to see how that goes.
<br />Anyway, there are still a couple of questions left:
<br />

• I had problems adding an outlook.com account, using the cryptic one that is displayed in the web app.
  I then created a new one under my name, used that along with my Microsoft login password, and surprisingly this worked.
  <br />The cryptic one is still displayed in the web app - *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***, can I change this?

• Now, when I start Outlook Desktop, it always goes to the Inbox of the outlook.com account.
  How can I change this so it's the inbox of the IMAP mail account? (as I'm used to)

• I assume the mails in the outlook.com account are just a copy of the associated mail account.
  I.e. I cannot do all mail work from @outlook.com but still need to visit my IMAP account to delete mails. Correct?

• For Outlook desktop, is Microsoft's recommendation to just use the outlook.com account, or to also have the associated accounts included?

<br />I try to place my problem in english.
<br />My admin account of our NGO Office365 plan was secured by 2factor authentification with my mobile phone.
<br />I can't use the phone anymore and changed from Android to iOS.
<br />So it is not possible to use a backup of the Microsoft Authentificator App.
<br />Normaly there is also the method of using a SMS code or a phone call to the mobile number.
<br />But not in my case, the only methods are with the Authentificator App.
<br />My mobile phone is stored in my account, but who can help to active the method with SMS oder phone?
<br />There is a possibility to reset password with SMS or phone, this still works, but I know my password, the only problem is the missing link in my Authentificator App.

<br />First off all thnks for the good Tips for BCM on ur site long long time ago, it helped me a lot at this time , but at least, were switched to salesforce.

<br />I use outlook with imap and exchange in my working env. and here i can (still) use categories like an KANBAN System and an Categories view at the right which show me the categories , its so easy to drag some mails to "done" or "need investigation" it's fluent and logic. Imho MS had follow this side and not to implement todo in an unseamlessly way.
<br />I hope categories still remain on exchange and may come back into the webclient.

<br />Yes but i havent seen any good view for the categories like in the outlook clients. u have only the possibilty to drag the categories in ur favourites.
<br />In my private environment i use thunderbird, cause here i can use the kanban mechansism with an tag view ( done,new etc.).
<br />i would like to use outlook.com with a good category view like thunderbird in my private environment.
<br />and that outlook web interface from 365 has also the ability to use categories as an kanban mechanism.
<br />But it seems that ms would like to replace this with todo but if they do so this, it has to be done completly in an fluent and seamlessly
