Can send but not receive emails in outlook.com

I can login to my Microsoft 365 web portal using my Microsoft account user: *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***, then I can continue on to the outlook web application and send an email under my system name *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** to an external/non-Microsoft email address. All fine.When I reply back to "*** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***" that reply email does not reach my Microsoft 365 Outlook inbox, instead Outlook returns an error message account unavailable.So how can I receive emails in my Microsoft 365 / Outlook.com email account?

Die "Fehlermeldung bzw. Warnung" kannst du ignorieren.

Support is already investigating a case. They originally thought maybe it was the reg key in this article but are still investigating. (It apparently was not the cause for the other person.) You can can check it, but don't get your hopes up. (It's under
16.0 for outlook 2016 and newer)

If this is an office 365 subscription and you are the tenant admin, support said all tenant admins should now have the ability to submit an in-app ticket. (Off to find a bug to report so i can try the in app support process. lol)

Hi Nico,

you can create a new e-mail account on www.outlook.com.

After registry and login you can see the complete menu also calendar.

2. I don't know move your old address but you can connect the old address with the Outlook account.

Go to Settings -> options -> e-Mail -> accounts -> connected accounts

There you can connect you old address (as with a local email program like Thunderbird).

After connecting all e-mails from your old account landing in your new Outlook account.

In Germany I can create mail addresses like ...@outlook.com and ...@outlook.de (maybe different county, different endings) but you can send e-mails with your old address over outlook.com if you take the right settings by connecting your old account.
