Can we restore permanently deleted emails even from recovery folder?

Hello,

thank you for your support, but it didnt realy help... I still cant find that message which i deleted today... It was deleted by mistake from outgoing folder and not from inbox folder...

maybe you have any other suggestion or how can i contact support?

I'm sorry to have to be the one who delivers the bad news, but.......

Once you come across the error that the "account does not exist", it means that the email address (the account) has been permanently deleted and cannot be recovered by anyone - it has disappeared permanently. There are no exceptions to this Microsoft policy.

No one in the forum can tell you why the account was deleted, but the most common reasons are

#1 - The account has not been accessed in the last 2 years and it has been automatically deleted

due to inactivity according to the Microsoft account activity

#2 - Your account has been hacked and the hacker has added his email address to your account and <primary alias="" > and removed your email address from the account

or

#3 - you or someone who has access to the account have removed the email address from the account.

In terms of points #2 or #3, it doesn't matter who removed the email address from the account. Removing an alias email address from an account is both immediate and permanent. When you try to create a new account with a deleted email address, you receive an error message that the email address is already in use. This is technically correct, as each email address is maintained in a database so that it can be verified. What's misleading about this message is that it doesn't indicate that it's a deleted email address that causes confusion.

As frustrating as this answer may be, it is the only one that applies to what you have described and cannot provide a solution that does not exist.

Hallo Danke für die fortlaufenden Bemühungen mein Problem zu beheben.

Der Support and Recovery Assistant nimmt leider nicht meine Mail-adresse an mit der begründung "Sorry, we don´t yet support email addresses from this provider"

Die Sache wird immer obstruser:

- ich kann mich minutenlang nicht mit meinem Microsoft Account anmelden

- nach 8 Stunden erschienen im Deleted Folder gelöschte Nachrichten bis zurück ins Jahr 2003 (!) - was einmal mehr zeigt, dass in der Cloud nichts gelöscht wird

- wenn ich aber auf den Context Menupunkt Recover Deleted Items klicke, werden nur die gelöschten eMails der ca. letzten 14 Tage angezeigt und die kann ich nicht recovern

- meine Inbox Mails bleiben verschwunden.

Was immer da bei Azure los ist: bin ich der einzig Betroffene?

Offensichtlich gibt es einen zweiten Fall.

Inzwischen sind meine verschwundenen Inbox eMails im Deleted Folder aufgetaucht. Kann nicht sagen, ob es alle sind.

Aber:

Ich kann aus dem Deleted Folder nicht ALLE eMails mit einem Schlag in die Inbox recovern. Sondern nur einzelne eMails! Der Recover Deleted Items Dialog lässt es nicht zu. Ich habe aber 10.000 eMails zu recovern!

Die Zeit läuft davon!
