Cannot receive some emails

HelloI am an System Engineer and I am have had this problem since 2020. I cleared my Junk settings, but from some reason emails are not coming into my outlook.com or outlook app.When I say I dont receive, I mean nowhere also Junk email, spam. For example I have Microsoft Account and Google Gmail Account. When I send email to both To and Cc for example. Gmail always gets an email.I used for sending some random sender like https://www.guerrillamail.com/.

Check all you anwsers. Still same problem. When sending from (for example) temp mail of a provider it does not get to my mail box.
Any further kind of checking the issue. I also checked MxToolBox if MX is Microsoft.

The issue in receiving emails could be due to a change in your Junk mail settings, among other things. Below is a list of the settings that you can check, which is derived from the support article also found below.

1. Check your Junk folder for the missing emails.

2. Make sure your mailbox isn't full or close to its limit.

3. Check your Inbox filter and Sort settings.

4. If Focused Inbox is enabled, check your Other tab for the missing emails.

5. Check your Blocked senders and Safe senders list.

6. Check your email rules.

7. Check to see if email Forwarding is enabled.

8. Check if your account is blocked.

9. Remove some connected accounts in excess of 20.

10.Contact the sender and inform them about the issue so they can also check on their end.

I cannot even find a Email address or some sort of Information that would get me in contact with an actual person rather than some auto-generated computer answers of the MS Support Center, i clearly have a right to ask questions but MS is not providing access.
