Cannot reset PC in any possible way..

Ive tried to reset my Windows 10 PC since there were a few Problems and errors especially with Ethernet and my drivers... Ive tried reseting IT thru Safe Mode thru the settings and even thru the Media creation tool but nothing seems to Work. One Microsoft supporter told me to use a USB Stick and then reset IT with the Media creation tool but for some Magic reason, AS soon AS i inserted the USB Stick no USB Sticks were recognized at this Point... Now IT feels Like Somebody IS sabotaging me. I dont know what Else to do... Everytime i use the other Options to reset IT IT Just says reset failed an
