Do you mean, can you buy Office 365 Family and use the software with Exchange online P1? Yes. Some business features - like retention policies won't work, but home users don't use those features anyway.

You can't set up the domain name in both Family sub and Exchange online or mix them like that.

You can mix and match business plans - but P1 is the cheapest plan now to the best of my knowledge - they used to have a $2 plan with only POP/imap access and a smaller mailbox (could be good for kids or people who dont use email much) but now its $4 - same as P1.

<br />I already have office 365 family and this contains onedrive, onenote etc.
<br />Right now i use a standard mailserver (supporting only IMAP) for mail Mail-Accounts on my family domain.
<br />I have the choice to do an upgrade to a premium business mailserver from my webhoster. The webhoster support says there probably is no difference to an original MS Exchange mailserver, but i can't believe this... I have no idea which serversoftware is supported but i guess it is up-to-date.
<br />My second choice is to buy a licence for the MS exchange mailserver which is more expensive then buying a licence for this premium business mailserver from my webhoster.
<br />My question is if it really doesn't matter if I buy the cheap business EAS mailserver compared to the MS Exchange mailserver.
<br />I plan to use :
<br />- all professional calendar tools which outlook offers at least in combination with a MS Exchange mailserver
- all professional task tools which outlook offers at least in combination with a MS Exchange mailserver
<br />- onenote and share notes with my family accounts
- onedrive and share files with my family accounts.

<br />I try to place my problem in english.
<br />My admin account of our NGO Office365 plan was secured by 2factor authentification with my mobile phone.
<br />I can't use the phone anymore and changed from Android to iOS.
<br />So it is not possible to use a backup of the Microsoft Authentificator App.
<br />Normaly there is also the method of using a SMS code or a phone call to the mobile number.
<br />But not in my case, the only methods are with the Authentificator App.
<br />My mobile phone is stored in my account, but who can help to active the method with SMS oder phone?
<br />There is a possibility to reset password with SMS or phone, this still works, but I know my password, the only problem is the missing link in my Authentificator App.

My issue is I tried all recommended paths already but with no success.

Even filling your validation form (account.live.com/acsr )
several times did not solve the issue because the information entered is said to be not sufficient. Honestly moist of the questions I cannot answer because I do not use the services.

I did litteraly nothing wrong with this account
that would justify blocking my account.
