Ich bin gerade mittelschwer frustriert, das ich keinen Zugang mehr zu meinem Konto bekomme und ich auch nicht mehr weiß, wie und was ich anstellen muß:1 Ich habe am Wochenende meinen Mac und mein iPhone neu aufgesetzt. Damit verlor ich wohl auch die Verlinkung zum Authentifikator. 2 Selbst das Backup des Authentifikators bringt mich nicht in den Authentifikator, den ich brauche um mich zu verifizieren. 3 Meine Mailadresse ***@growthpilot.me und auch die des Admins ***@growthpilot.onmicrosoft.com sind im Microsoftuniversium unbekannt. Welche Office 2010 Suite verwendest du? Sollte es die Office Home & Student 2010 sein, ist dort ein Office 2010 Professional Testversion enthalten welche Outlook und Access beinhaltet.

Hallo,

Dieser Schluessel ist bei der Version 2010 nicht per Hand loeschbar, es werden zwar die Unterschluessel (Access, Excel, 14.0, etc.) geloescht, aber der Schluessel Common/Smart Tag verbleibt dort.

Warum willst du diesen Schluessel loeschen?

Hello Ravikumar,
 thanx for your kindness and help.
 I've tried everything you proposed but it all leads nowhere.
 The core of the problem is:
 Microsoft denies to recover ma account so I don't have access to it.
 And therefore I cannot quit the subscription.
 But what is worse:
 I cannot erase the credit card information from that "lost" account.
 So MS will keep on withdrawing money from my credit card for something I cannot use.
 And I can't do anything because I don't have access to that account.
 And there is no way to get someone from MS on the phone.
 It's a nightmare...
 I appreciate your help very much, but the standard procedures don't get me nowhere.
 I'm afraid that the only way to stop this is to suspend my credit card.
