Diskutiere und helfe bei Can't create new account due to Content-Security-Policy errors on microsoft.com im Bereich Outlook.com im Windows Info bei einer Lösung; I can't create a new account, in the step to fill out the captcha I guess, at least the copy says something with bots in german there's just an empty...     I can't create a new account, in the step to fill out the captcha I guess, at least the copy says something with bots in german there's just an empty page.     Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps: Check which policy applied at event

    Hello Ms. M, thanks for coming into forums. I'm also a user like you and I'll be more than happy to help you to the best of my knowledge.

    Yes, you can check which policy was applied to a user in Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps by reviewing the audit logs.

    To access the audit logs, follow these steps:

    -Go to the Microsoft 365 security center.
    -Click on the "Threat management" section, and then click on "Audit log search".
    -In the "Audit log search" page, you can select "Cloud App Security" as the source and then specify the date range and user account to search for events related to Defender for Cloud Apps.
    -Once the events are displayed, you can look for events related to "File upload blocked" or "Policy applied". These events will include information on which policy was triggered and applied.

    You can also filter the events by policy name to quickly find the specific policy that was triggered.

    Microsoft prompts me to verify my email with an old email that I have already changed

    Hi, my name is Neil, and I'm an Outlook user like you.

    I'll be happy to help answer your question.

    You need to change your Security settings on your Microsoft account to remove this old email address as a source of ways to prove who you are.

    To do this, go to: https://account.microsoft.com/security

    Sign into your account.

    Click on "Advanced security options".

    Under "Ways to prove who you are" remove the email address you no longer want to use and that keeps requesting a code be sent to it.

    I would recommend that you use at least one additional backup email address and a mobile phone number to recover your account or receive verification codes to, to avoid being locked out of your account in the future.

    Also on the Advanced security options page, you can turn ON / OFF Passwordless account and Two-step verification.

    Once you have changed your security backup email details online, you may have to reboot your computer before it starts to ask you your new backup email details (it might still ask for your old email details, giving you an incorrect feeling that the new email hasn't worked....but it just needs a reboot).

    Import Outlook Windows PST file into Outlook for MAC

    Running scanpst 3 times is usually required to completely fix pst - if it is still erroring, there is corruption scanpst can't fix.

    Can Outlook on Windows open the pst? I'd try exporting it to a new pst and see if the new one will import.

    Back-up Outlook.com contacts first (Steps 1-3):

    1. Open people.live.com page
    2. Export all contacts
    3. To make sure that all contacts where exported correctly, I advise to create new MS account, and import contacts into that test account. Check if everything is OK!
    4. Open people.live.com page
    5. Export all contacts
    6. To make sure that all contacts where exported correctly, I advise to create new Microsoft account, and import contacts into that test account. Check if everything is OK!
    7. Delete all contacts
    8. Go to Calendar page and turn off Birthday calendar:
    9. Sign-out from account
    10. Sign-in again
    11. Import all contacts on the People page
    12. Make sure that none of them are linked together
    13. Go to Calendar page and turn on again Birthday Calendar
