So I have this outlook account right here, which was seemingly rooted through a different domain, setup by a friend I assume he hosted an outlook mailserver on his server. It used outlook, and I was always able to send and receive messages.Sadly, my friend passed away unexpectedly and thus, the contract with the server provider eventually ran out and was not renewed. Now I am stuck with this mail address - I have the login credentials, I can login through the outlook web-portal as well as through mail programs, HOWEVER, I can only send mails, not receive them.There are some other friends of

No, in the preview it shows all pages as well. However, it I print from the preview, the page selection works fine. Same as if I print a pdf document, then it also works fine.

Thanks, this is exactly what I meant. The only problem is that when I choose "lock this folder", I can't edit it anymore, e.g. add a subfolder...

Thanks for your answer. Unfortunately this arrow never appears and I can't drag the grey area. I know that this works in word, but in this e-mail it doesn't seem to work that way.
