Can't sign into Windows, Xbox etc.

Hi everyone,I recently changed my motherboard, cpu, ram but kept the same drives. My windows key was gone so I just activated it with a new one. But now I wanted to try and play some of my games with no success. Everytime I try to go to the microsoft store it gives me the 0x8007000e error code. I tried making my account into a local account and then sign in again. This however did not work. It told me that another user was already using the account. I tired a frest windows install and same problem. I went onto the website and unlinked my old pc also without success. Also tried going into loca
