Cant update Windows 10 1909 and cant use search bar.cortana

Hello, I have a problem with my Windows. Quite a few problems actually.As I said in the title I can NOT update my windows 10 1909 OS build : 18363.592I do it over the update manager in the settings and it downloads etc. Pc restarts and it just stops, as if it has crashed. This has been going on for the past months and it is worrying me because the windows version I have right now wont be supported anymore soon.I also tried the media creation tool.Tried it with command promp and powershell.Tried enough tutorials, videos and sites that had some solutions and non worked.Reinstalling windows MUL
