Change Custom properties after restricting editing

Hello all,

is there a way to access Custom properties of a word document file -> info -> properties -> advanced properties -> custom tab after restricting editing of the document?

We use word templates with a lot of different field functions at our company. When the documents are prepared for the specific tasks, the custom tab is used as an input mask to fill in the field functions. Recently, we have been asked by the authorities to restrict the editing of the templates. However, when doing this, custom properties are no longer accessible.

Is there a way to have both?

Es sieht so aus, als wäre die Datei gesperrt. Könntest du bitte den folgenden Pfad überprüfen? File> Permissions> Restricting Editing.

Ist das "Editing Restriction" Feld auf der rechten Seite markiert?

Ich freue mich auf deine Antwort.

 ich habe nochmal recherchiert und folgende Microsoft Support-Artikel gefunden:
 View or change the properties for an Office file (microsoft.com)
 Add the file name, date, author or other document properties to a header or footer (microsoft.com)
 Ich mache eigentlich genau das, was in den Artikeln beschrieben ist: Document library properties (s. erster Artikel) über die Quick Parts in den Header, Footer (s. zweiter Artikel) und in den Text hinzu. Kannst du bitte nochmal bestätigen, dass diese document library properties innerhalb des Dokumententexts nicht mehr unterstützt werden?

Microsoft hat hier eine Anleitung zum Ändern der Zitat Vorlagen veröffentlicht. Vielleicht kommst Du damit weiter.

Da das Original noch von Word 2008 stammt, vermute ich sehr stark, dass das Problem mit der Umstellung der Office-Dateiformate zusammenhängt. Hast Du das Dokument schon konvertiert?
