Hallo Joachim,

als Komfort in Exchange Umgebungen (Online/lokal) wird den Anwendern ein AddressCache bereitgestellt. Dieser ist Bestandteil des Postfaches. Daher werden diese Daten im Postfach gespeichert und unterliegen der Hoheit des Anwenders.

Der AddressCach kann alternativ auch über Outlook bereinigt werden.

Removing an address from your auto-complete list

1. Open Outlook.
2. Click the Mail tab on the bottom of the screen so you are viewing your mailbox.
3. Click New Email.
4. In the new e-mail window, start typing the address you want to remove in the
   To: field. When it appears, click the X button next to the address.

Clearing out the entire auto-complete list

1. Open Outlook.
2. Click the File tab at the top of the screen.
3. Click Options.
4. In the "Outlook Options" window, click the Mail tab in the left hand pane.
   
5. Scroll down to "Send Messages" and click the Empty Auto-Complete List button

der Fehler weist auf zu Große Abschnitte bzw. auf zu Große eingebettete Dateien hin die der Server nicht verarbeiten kann, dazu gib es nur eine englische Hilfe:

Step 1

To resolve this issue, you need to split the embedded files across different pages in your notebook.

Do the following:

1. Open the notebook in OneNote 2010.
2. Click File, and then click View Sync Status.
3. In the Shared Notebook Synchronization dialog box, click the Errors tab to identify the notebook section that s causing the error.
   
4. Return to your notebook and then navigate to the section causing the error.
5. Within that section, find all of the pages that contain large embedded files and then separate these files across different pages within the section. (You can easily identify large embedded files on your pages by hovering over the icons of embedded files.
   A tooltip will display the file size of each item.)

Step 2

OneNote 2010 maintains versions of your pages which may continue causing errors even after the embedded files have been moved or deleted. To resolve this, remove all previous versions of the page by doing the following:

1. In OneNote 2010, click the Share tab.
2. Under Page Versions, select Delete all Versions in Section.

This will delete all previous versions that may cause errors, and it will retain only the current version of the page.

Habe noch etwas Rumgesucht und folgende Lösung gefunden:

In Outlook 2016 follow these steps:

1. Click on the File tab (which is the first tab in Outlook appearing in the top left-hand corner of Outlook 2016) >
   Account Settings > Account Settings drop-down button > Double-click on the concerned IMAP email account > Click on the
   More Settings button > Click on the Advanced tab.
2. Check under Folders, if the Root folder path box is empty or filled-in.
   
3. If the box is empty please type the word Inbox (für Deutsche Systeme "Posteingang") and then click on
   Apply and/or OK at the bottom of the box to save the settings.

Currently, you can only insert individual pieces of audio content. The reader needs to play each one individually when it comes on the screen. To insert them, try inserting an Audio card from the Cards pane and then click the Add an audio file button on
the card.

Habe in einem anderen Forum eine Antwort gefunden, die es für mich gelöst hat:

Click on the search icon, search on cmd when you find the application (Command Prompt) run as administrator (i.e. right click it and click run as administrator). You will then see a rectangular black window appear with folder> then type in sfc/scannow and
sit back and wait (takes a while to run).

When finished type in exit. Then close outlook, restart and problem solve. Seems to have solved the problem for a number of people on the other thread too.
