Conversation view for shared inboxes in Outlook Preview

Dear community,the settings "show mails grouped by conversation" does not work for my shared inboxes. I have everything done accoding to this post: Change how email is displayed in Outlook - Microsoft SupportIt works fine in the Webbrowser but not in the new desktop app. Anyone has the same problem? Where can I turn to to have this bug fixed? Kind regardsAnne

Hi Wolf,

Thanks for getting back to me and for pointing me to Skype for Business UserVoice. I voted for it as its exactly my issue. Version 16.0.3638 had the ability to keep all conversations in one window (tabbed conversations). The recent update to version 16.1.456
removed this feature.

Klingt so, als hätten Sie die Dinge auf <Conversation view=""> Also ist das erste, was ist, sicherzustellen, dass es ausgeschaltet ist

Einführung in die Ansicht "Unterhaltung"

Stellen Sie dann den Filter auf Datum --> <Newest on="" top=""> (wie im Screenshot gezeigt)

Eine andere Möglichkeit, die Dinge so zu organisieren, wie Sie es möchten, ist

- Klicken Sie auf das Symbol <View> Bändchen
- klicken Sie auf <View settings="">
- Stellen Sie Ihre <Group by=""> und <Sort> nach Ihren Wünschen bestellen

</Sort></Group></View></View></Newest></Conversation>

Erstelle einfach ein freigegebenes Postfach dafür und autorisiere die entsprechende Personen mit Vollzugriff, sodass die das Postfach zugreifen und nutzen können. So brauchst du keine weitere Lizenz zu kaufen.
