Open Outlook -> Double Click on email so that It will Open in new Window -> from that email Window -> Click File > Save As -> Give Name -> Select to save as .html

Das verstehe ich nicht. Wozu eine Testumgebung ? Um das auszuprobieren muss ich erstens wissen, ob die API noch existiert UND wie der Fileconverter Excel bekannt gegeben wird. Zum Beispiel mit den richtigen Registry-Eintrag.
