Different defaults for new appointment and meeting in Outlook

Hello -i would like to set different default options for new meetings and new appointment. For example, w.r.t. reminders, categories, private/public, etc. How Is this possible? Thanks! JS

Hallo Häns,

du könntest alle Termine per Hand in deinen Hauptkalender kopieren (über die Listenansicht). Wenn du das Kopieren per VBA machen möchtest, schau ob dir diese Seiten weiterhelfen:

 Thanks for your reply. I think the translator messed it up on both ends because it is not possible to fully understand your reply. I try again in English.
 Reminders for single and serial appointments used to work fine. I just booked appointments for the year of 2022 and only reminders for single appointments work. The serial appointments do not trigger any reminders.

Thank you very much for your quick reply. I guess it makes sense to continue in English to avoid machine translation errors?
 So I should create a new profile, I understood.
 How can I do this? My current profile has 5 different email accounts embedded. I would not like to mess it up. So how can I "park" it and create a new profile for testing with a new email account connection?

thanks for your support and for trying... maybe I wasn't clear enough abut "The New Outlook". I was talking about the Preview that is currently being offered.. so the "new, New Outlook"-
