Direct3D doesn't work Surface Laptop 4

So, I recently bought a Surface Laptop 4 and installed Windows 11 via the recovery drive. And for some reason, anything Direct3D/DirectDraw doesn't start or just shows a black screen. OpenGL works fine though. What is weird is that even though the Windows 11 recovery medium was 22H1 and almost up to date, the included Iris Xe driver date was ancient June 2021!, but still showed up as "up to date" in the Intel control panel. According to GPU-Z, the Iris Xe also supposedly has 96 EUs, but my Laptop 4 is the Core i5 1145G7 version, so it should have the 80 EU version? Regardless, installing the
