Disabling Proton-VPN Permanent killswitch outside of App

Hello,I had activated the permanent killswitch in the Proton-VPN Windows10 App.I than deleted the App without deactivating the Killswitch inside the app because I could not use the app properly after it updated itself for some reason.Now my PC cannot connect to the Internet eventho it is connected to the router and every other device in the household has an internet connection. With and without the App installed on my PC.The issue with the Proton-VPN killswitch is that I only know how to disable the permanent-killswitch inside the App.But I am not able to log into the App without Internet.
