Does provided by run-only users work for external users

Hello,I made a flow that should create a outlook calendar event based on a list item that has the columns "start time" and "end time" and "Title". The flow triggers by the push of a button in the list row of the item.I want that the event is created by the outlook account of the person who is triggering the flow. So therefore i want to use the provided by run-only user functionality. Most of the users i work with have external users. Everytime i try to click on the trigger button the connection with sharepoint succeeds but the outlook connection fails.Now i am wondering if the provided by run-

Unfortunately the fonds are not the problem. It´s the right citatio, that does not work. I had a phone-support for 40 minutes with Microsoft Austria, but the couldn´t help me either. I think the problem is a faulty update by Microsoft. By the way: this problem concerns to more users, as I was told by the support-Lady.
I claimed to inform Microsoft to put it in order.
<br />If you have an other solution for me, I would be pleased to read.

Ich kann dir bestätigen, dass die Entwickler arbeiten bereits daran und du kannst gern zustimmen, um den Prozess zu beschleunigen.

Dazu kommt es, wenn die externen Benutzer versuchen sich mit einem anderen Konto anzumelden und nicht mit dem Konto für die Einladung/Freigabe erteilt oder akzeptiert wurde.

Dazu kommt es, wenn die externen Benutzer versuchen, sich mit einem anderen Konto anzumelden und nicht mit dem Konto wofür die Einladung/ Freigabe erteilt wurde.

Beim Ändern des Wertes "FalseValue0" werden folgende Benutzer zusätzlich angezeigt:

- Everyone

- Everyone expcept external users

- NT AUTHORITY\authenticated users
