Don‘t get mails from e certain emailadress

I am not receiving the emails from the following e-mailadress @tvtickets.de, although I have already saved them under secure emails in Junk Mails and I received them until 2023. Now all of a sudden I am no longer receiving them.

And then everybody can add his file with a link and can edit it from the browser? Or can just I use my own files?
 Edit: I don‘t want to sign in. I just want to use the share link

Ich erklärs mal ausführlich.

Ich hatte/habe ein GMX Konto. Dann habe ich mir eine Emailadresse bei outlook.com zugelegt. Damit ich jetzt nicht in zwei Postfächer schauen muss und ich nicht jeden meine neue Emailadresse mitteilen muss, leite ich die GMX Emails einfach an die neue Outlook-Emailadresse
weiter. Also jede neue E-Mail die an meine "alte" GMX Emailadresse gesendet wird, landet automatisch in dem neuen Postfach von Outlook.com.

Außer eben die Emails von DHL. z. B. die Auftragsbestätigungen von DHL, diese werden an die GMX Emailadresse gesendet und GMX versucht jetzt die Email an die Outlook.com Emailadresse weiter zu leiten. Jedoch wird diese Email vom Outlook.com Server abgewiesen.
Deshalb habe ich dann diese Email von dem Mailer-Daemon in meinem GMX Postfach.

Und zwar mit diesem Header:

"*** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***":

SMTP error from remote server after transfer of mail text:

host: mx2.hotmail.com

5.7.0 (COL004-MC4F14) Unfortunately, messages from (212.227.15.15) on behalf of (dhl.com) could not be delivered due to domain owner policy restrictions.

Also blockt mx2.hotmail.com die weitergeleitete Email von GMX, die eigentlich von dhl.com kommt, wegen irgendwelchen "domain owner policy restrictions".

Würde die Auftragsbestätigung jetzt direkt an meine neue Outlook.com Emailadresse geschickt werden, würde ich das garnicht mitbekommen, das die Email abgewiesen wird, da Hotmail diese ja abgewiesen hat.

Da stimmt ja dann was nicht mit dem Hotmail, da ja die DHL Emails an GMX gesendet werden können, nicht aber direkt an *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***.

Wer kann mir da jetzt helfen?

May I ask something, too. I have the same problem with outlook.exe (desktop). Primary Alias is a non-MS-adress: *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***
And The reply-to is alwas *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***. But if I use outlook.com (web) in the same manner, than it works correctly. Isn't that...strange?
Now I changed my primary alias to the *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***:
- I sent a mail from *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** and still get *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** as reply-to
- I sent a mail from *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** and get a clean valid *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** as reply-to
I still miss the understanding of the system behind that... is there an explanation?

unfortunately this did not solve my issue.

Would you be available for a chat via MS Teams so that I can show you the challenge? I expect this is something that many user will have.

Somehow we need to exclude certain Sites (News of sites) from the user recommended newsfeed.

I will add a screenshot later on but it's actually simple I just don't know if it's possible.
 I have a checksheet, which employees have to use to get to a certain result.
 Based on the conditions found there are multiple choice answers (a drop down menu)
 If certain conditions are found a part of the checklist no longer applies. so these should be canceled, for that checklist, so that someone, who might have forgotten his coffee does not do unnecessery checklist steps
