E-Mail Font Size keeps changing automatically

After drafting an e-mail and checking formatting font type, font size - nothing crazy I send the e-mail to the recipient. Many recipients have brought my attention to the fact that some parts of my e-mail are written in Font Size 72 even though I've sent the e-mail with a font size of 11 or even 9 sometimes. Unluckily this often affects my name in the signature or some parts in the first or very last sentences of my e-mail. Hab mal wieder nachgefragt, wie es denn so aussieht und folgende Antwort bekommen:

"der Sachverhalt liegt zurzeit immer noch bei der technischen Bearbeitung vor, Sie werden Informiert sobald es dort Ergebnisse gibt. Ich bitte Sie noch um ein wenig Geduld."

Offenbar"sickert" das Problem bei Microsoft noch (Formulare scheinen für die nicht so wichtig zu sein!)

Über Auto Windows Update Express wird "Office Genuine Advantage-Benachrichtigungen (KB949810)de" zur Installation vorgeschlagen. Nach OK bricht die Installation mit Fehlercode 0x80070643 ab. Alle installierte Software (Windows XP Pro SP2 und Office 2007
SP2) sind Original von Microsoft inkl. Lizenzschlüssel. Dies bestätigt auch die Online Echtheitsüberprüfung bei Microsoft unter ->http://www.microsoft.com/genuine/ für Windows + Office.

Der Dienst Office Source Engine ist auf Manual gesetzt und kann nicht für dieses Problem verantwortlich sein.

1. Versuch zur Problemlösung:

Download + Ausführen von "OGANotifier.msi". Prog beendete normal, schweigt sich aber tot, so dass man nicht weiss, was und ob es was gemacht hat.

Nach Reboot wiederum Vorschlag von Windows Update KB949810 zu installieren.

Wiederum ohne erfolg

PROBLEM GELOEST: Der Dienst "Taskplaner" muss gestartet sein. Bei mir war der Autostarttyp auf "Manuell", der Dienst aber nicht gestartet, was für die Installation des KB949810 nicht genügt und mit Error 0x80070643 quittiert wird. Nachdem der Taskplaner
gestartet wurde ging die Installation auf Anhieb.
