Hallo,

ich synchronisiere meine Emails, Kontakte, Kalender und Aufgaben über MS Exchange Server.

Funktioniert auch ganz gut, aber immer wenn ich einen Kalendereintrag, Aufgabe oder Kontakt lösche, dann bekomme ich in meinen Papierkorb(!) vom Microsoft Exchange Server folgende Nachricht mit Betreff: Retrieval using the IMAP4 protocol failed for the following message: 5126.

Wobei die Zahl aufsteigend ist für jede Nachricht.

- Warum bekomme ich die Nachricht?

- Jemand auch das Problem?

- Ich nutze gar kein IMAP4?!

- Kann ich die Nachricht deaktivieren? Blockieren geht nicht, da komischerweise keine Mailadresse angezeigt wird

Der MS support meinte ich soll auf jedem Gerät zusätzlich die MS App installieren. Gemacht, aber Problem besteht weiter...

Meine Geräte und SW:

Android Handy - aCalendar+, Outlook App, myMail, MS To-Do App

Windows Rechner - EM Client, Mail App, MS To-Do App

Das neue Protokoll schon seit Jahren ist Exchange. EAS Exchange Active Sync wird nicht mehr benutzt.

Und du bist sicher das in EM Client das Konto korrekt eingebunden ist?

Hallo Peter,

das war der entscheidende Hinweis. Ich war mit MSE activesync angemeldet. Jetzt hab ich es mit dem "richtigen" Exchange gemacht und es funktioniert! Keine Mails mehr vom MS Exchange Server.

Falls noch einer das Problem haben wird:

Ich hab bei Android Gmail ein Exchange Konto eingerichtet mit meinem outlook.com Account. Dafür mußte ich aber ein "App-Kennwort" generieren. Mit dem normalen Email Passwort gings nicht.

bin nicht sicher ob ich richtig verstanden habe.

Ich habe ein outlook.com Emailkonto und nutze dies mit Email Clients.

Die Mail bekomme ich von "Microsoft Exchange Server".

Synchronisieren tue ich denk ich mit MS Exchange activesync.

du schreibst MS Exchange Server dann reden wir von Office Outlook bzw. einen Mail-Client.

Nutzt du jedoch das Exchange Protokoll handelt es sich um outlook.com.

Was wird also genutzt?
