Thank you for your reply and providing Information.

Login to Outlook web > Select Settings Settings button > View all Outlook settings.

Select Mail > Junk email -> enter the email address in Blocked senders and select Add. If you want to block all email from a domain, enter the domain name in Blocked domains and select Add.

I ran the following test:

I took a .docx file I created on my office PC which was stored on our server and saved it locally to my PC harddrive. I then save a copy as .doc as well. Then I emailed both files to my office Outlook account AND my iCloud account (with one email).

BOTH files did NOT open from my Outlook account and BOTH files just opened fine from my iCloud account.

I then forwarded the email from my Outlook account to my iCloud account and now BOTH files did NOT open anymore.

So it seems that my Outlook account (Exchange server) corrupts the files.

Can that be?

1) Warum werden offensichtliche Spam Mails von Microsoft Outlook.com nicht als Junk erkannt?
2) Warum gestattet der Microsoft Outlook.com Junk Filter, dass Mails in der Inbox landen, wenn ich die höchste Sicherheitsstufe waehle?

I appreciate your time and effort getting back to my email, I can certainly understand where are you coming from I also experience this issue before, have you receive an email about the status of whitelisting before through email if your domain is already whitelisted?
I highly suggest to resubmit the form and include all the IP ranges that you are using in your domain, once you submit the form you will be receiving and email about the status of whitelisting in the email you used in filling up the whitelisting form.

No worries since this is a open forum we can ask assistance from other community volunteers about their feedback and suggestion about his issue that you are having.
